HYDERABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 3rd Sep, 2026) The SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar held a public hearing at his office here on Thursday to receive and address the public complaints pertaining to the police force and crimes.
The police spokesman informed that dozens of citizens directly narrated their issues and ordeals to the SSP seeking his directives for his subordinate officials for prompt response and action.
He added that the SSP directed the DSPs and the SHOs to resolve the public complaints at the level of the police stations.
During the hearing the SSP forwarded each single complaint to the relevant police official with the directives for prompt response and solution.
Separately, the DIG Hyderabad Tariq Razzak Dharejo distributed appreciation certificates among police officials for their performance.
DSP Iftikhar Ahmed Buriro, DSP Zain Raza Baloch, DSP Paras Bakhrani, DSP Zahoor Soomro, DSP Akbar Loond, Inspector Farooq Rahupoto and PS to DIG Aziz Ahmed Langha received the certificates at a ceremony held at the DIG office.
Speaking on the occasion, the DIG said those officers had won the department’s appreciation on the basis of their dedication to the police service and performance.
He said policemen should keep improving their performance with the aim to turn the department into a public friendly entity which was known to be enforcing law and order and protecting the vulnerable.
