HYDERABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 4th Sep, 2026) The SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar has directed all officials of the district and traffic police to ensure strict enforcement on the ban on display of weapons.
In a statement issued here on Friday, the police spokesman informed that all the DSPs, SHOs and traffic officials had been directed to stringently enforce the ban under which brandishing of weapons would be treated as an offence punishable under the law.
He added that the cops had been strictly directed to ensure that even influential people were also not spared if they dared to violate the ban.
