LAHORE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 3rd Sep, 2026) Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) Chief Executive Officer LESCO Engineer Muhammad Ramzan Butt has ordered transfer and posting of various officers of the company.
Sharing details of transfers/postings with media men here Thursday, the LESCO spokesperson said that Aizazullah Khattak, Additional Deputy Manager (Operations) Mughalpura Division has been transferred and posted to Manager (Operations) Kasur Circle against a vacant post, while Muhammad Aamir Ghaffar, Deputy Manager (M&T) East has been posted to Chief Engineer (P&D) LESCO against a vacant post.
Similarly, Ghulam Shabbir, Deputy Manager (P&D) has been posted as Deputy Manager (Operations) Mughalpura Division, East Circle, while Muhammad Kashif, Deputy Manager (M&T) Kasur has been posted as Manager (Operations) Okara Circle against a vacant post. Muhammad Junaid Iqbal, Deputy Manager (M&S) has also been ordered to report against the vacant post of Manager (Operations) Okara Circle.
Additionally, Noman Ahmed Bhatti, Deputy Manager (P&D) has been posted as Deputy Manager (M&S), while Muhammad Ajmal Shahid, Deputy Manager (M&T) Central has been posted as Chief Supply Chain Management Officer LESCO against a vacant post. Muhammad Ali, Deputy Manager (M&T) South has been posted as Chief Engineer (P&D) LESCO against the vacant post.
As per the orders, Noman Ghani, Deputy Manager (P&D) has been posted as Deputy Manager (M&T) South. Muhammad Uzair, Assistant Manager (Central Complaint Cell) has been detached from the Central Complaint Cell and assigned to Chief Engineer (Development) PMU LESCO to work with the SCADA deployment team.
Similarly, Amir Ikram, Deputy Manager (M&T) North has been posted to Chief Engineer (P&D) LESCO against a vacant post, while Jawad Ahmed, Deputy Manager (HR) LESCO, who was awaiting posting, has been transferred to Chief Legal Officer LESCO.
However, his salary will be charged against the vacant post of Deputy Manager under the Human Resources Directorate.
In further orders, Zameer Hussain, Deputy Manager (MI) T&G has been posted as Deputy Manager SS&T Division North, Soban Siddique, Deputy Manager (Operations) Johar Town Division has been posted as Deputy Manager (MI) T&G, Nadeem Raja, Deputy Manager GC Division has been posted as Deputy Manager (Operations) Johar Town Division, while Syed Ghulam Mustafa, Deputy Manager SS&T Division North has been posted as Deputy Manager GC Division.
Meanwhile, Abdul Jabbar, Assistant Manager (CS), Kot Radha Kishan Division, has been temporarily reinstated in service after suspension, subject to the decision of the final departmental action. He has also been detached from the Customer Services Director, LESCO.
Similarly, Rana Munir Ahmed, former Assistant Manager (CS), Kot Abdul Malik Division, has also been temporarily reinstated in service pending the final decision of the departmental action/inquiry after suspension. He has been directed to be detached from the Customer Services Director, LESCO and report to the SE/Manager (Operations), Kasur Circle for further posting.
All transfers and postings will be effective immediately and till further orders, while the orders have been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
Chief Executive LESCO Engineer Muhammad Ramzan Butt has said that the transfers and postings of officers will further improve the organizational discipline and operational efficiency of the institution.
