The employees urged the Chief Minister and Chief Secretary to issue immediate directives to relevant departments for completing the revision process without delay. They said thousands of project staff working on key provincial development initiatives are struggling as current salaries do not match increasing expenses.
The employees stressed that their contribution to vital development projects warrants urgent recognition and relief.
They added that timely financial adjustments would not only ease their difficulties but also help sustain motivation and performance on critical projects.Community representatives noted that the livelihoods of thousands of families are linked to this decision. They said swift action would restore confidence among project employees and strengthen ongoing provincial development efforts.
