HYDERABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 30th Aug, 2026) As part of the ongoing crackdown against the manufacturers and sellers of mainpuri and gutka, the Hyderabad police have declared arrest of 34 suspects in separate raids carried out in the limits of various police stations in 24 hours.
The police spokesman informed here on Sunday that the suspects were arrested from the limits of 15 police stations.
He added that all of them were later booked in separate FIRs registered on the state’s complaint under the Sindh Prohibition of Preparation, Manufacturing, Storage, Sale and Use of Gutka and Mainpuri Act, 2019.
