SARGODHA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 4th Sep, 2026) The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Sargodha on Friday demolished five brick kilns for violating environmental regulations as part of its ongoing crackdown on activities contributing to environmental pollution in the district.
According to Deputy Director(DD) EPA Sargodha,Muhammad Rana,the action was taken under the Punjab Environmental Protection (Smog Prevention and Control) Rules,2023.
He said enforcement operations against violations of environmental laws would continue,with no compromise on compliance.
Muhammad Rana also urged citizens to report environmental violations to the EPA through its helpline at 1373.
