SARGODHA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 31st Aug, 2026) Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali on Monday chaired a meeting to review new development schemes
in the building sector and a proposed plan for the revamping and restoration
of Circuit House Sargodha.
The meeting was attended by the Director Development and Finance, Deputy Director Development,
Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Superintending Engineer Buildings, Executive Engineer and Sub-Divisional Officer Buildings.
The participants received a detailed briefing on new development schemes related to the building sector, proposed construction works, and the plan to renovate, restore and upgrade Circuit House Sargodha in line with modern requirements.
Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali directed the concerned officers to complete feasibility studies, cost estimates and other necessary formalities for the new schemes on a priority basis.
He further directed that the Circuit House revamping project should ensure high construction standards, durability, aesthetic improvement and efficient utilization of available resources.
Hafiz Shaukat Ali emphasized that transparency and quality must be ensured in all construction works
alongside the timely completion of development projects.
He directed the concerned officers to regularly monitor the progress of the projects and ensure
immediate resolution of any issues hindering their implementation.
