CHINIOT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 27th Aug, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Rizwan chaired a meeting of the District Education Authority on Thursday to review educational and administrative affairs, student facilities and security arrangements in educational institutions across the district.
Chief Executive Officer Education Waqas Ahmed Gul, District Education Officers and other education department officials attended the meeting. The participants reviewed the availability of basic facilities in government schools, including clean drinking water, hygienic washrooms, sanitation, electricity and other essential services.
Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Rizwan directed the concerned officers to ensure the provision of all basic facilities to students at government schools without compromise.
She also ordered effective security arrangements at educational institutions, directing authorities to ensure the availability, functionality and timely inspection of fire extinguishers in all schools. school administrations were further instructed to implement emergency plans and take necessary precautionary measures to deal with emergencies.
The deputy commissioner said providing children with a safe, clean and conducive learning environment was a top priority. She directed education officials to conduct regular inspections of schools and ensure immediate rectification of deficiencies in facilities, cleanliness and security arrangements.
